- Your credits have not been fully consumed

- Your account is in good standing
Refund requests made after 7 days from the date of purchase cannot be processed.

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Credits that have been partially or fully consumed
- Refunds requested more than 7 days after purchase

- Refunds for duplicate purchases where the duplicate was clearly unintentional (we will instead provide a credit)
- Refunds for payments made to an incorrect account
- Refunds for cancelled subscriptions where services have been provided

Defective Service
If the converted images do not meet reasonable quality standards:

- We will either regenerate the images or offer a partial credit

7. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or credit card company after requesting a refund through our normal process:
- We reserve the right to suspend your account

8. Promotional Credits and Special Offers
- Credits obtained through promotional offers, referral bonuses, or special promotions are non-refundable
- Only purchases made with personal payment methods are eligible for refunds
- Refund eligibility applies to the credit purchase amount only, not the promotional value
9. Account Closure and Refunds
- Unused credits in an account cannot be transferred to another account
- If your account is closed, any unused credits will be forfeited unless a refund is requested within 7 days
